BUILDING are being constructed under PAE system from the time company is started. It is a company that carry out infrastructure only with heavy machinery and earth-carrying dump trucks. Separate building complete in itself, office buildings and such others, factories, departmental offices and houses are being constructed, and at present, construction works are being carried out. From the beginning, complex structure projects are started at Nay Pyi Taw, Pyinmana that are being under Ministry of Defence. Army-owned buildings, super market Thiriyadanar shopping complex, Mingalar bazaar at Ywadaw (Nay Pyi Taw) and such others are being constructed successfully. They are being carried out at present as the developer with company-owned construction machinery.
Earth works are being carried out at Kanyin earth dam project under Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation. Railways earthworks at Pyay (Swedagar), Taunggoo (Kyaetaw) railway lines construction at Naypyitaw are being constructed under supervision of Ministry of Railways.
H-BEAM STEEL STRUCTURES required for the factories and work-shops are manufactured at our company factory which is situated at No. 28, U Shwe Aoe Road, Hlaing Tharyar Industrial Zone (2). We can do in made to order custom design structures and transport to the factories and workshops together with our experienced engineers where they are successfully assembled and works are being implemented up till now.
